FACTORS OF PREPARATION

In public speaking, there are other factors to consider in your preparation.

These are facts that are simultaneously contributing to leveraging the dynamics of preparation.

Ignoring them can cause discomfort and disconnect with the organizer especially if you exceed your slotted time or topic.

These include:
1. Your Donation Duration- The time of your speech and how long you are supposed to speak.

2. Others Donation- Other Speakers and who they are.

3. Things Dynamic- The size of the audience, room layout and technical equipment.

This will enable you to know exactly the proportion of your speech and how to deal with the prime part of the speech.

It will also prepare you on how to handle your subject seriously based on fact that there are other speakers.

Learn to prepare and you will make a great communicator.
